Well on second thoughts, perhaps it is that expired. The green skin that's floating on top of it rather suggests that it might be. But that's when you get a brilliant idea. You have no chance of killing the dragon through force of arms, but you can do so using your low cunning. You'll kill him through food poisoning!

You pour the milk into one of the filthy glasses, then bring it through into the beast's lair. Astra seems to be in the middle of an impressive gymnastics display of handstands and cartwheels. With some difficulty, you tear your gaze away from her and look at the dragon. "Sorry to interrupt the entertainment," you tell him, "but I thought that you might like some refreshment. I've brought you a glass of milk."

"Why, thank you. That's very thoughtful of you."

  1. The dragon downs the contents of the glass in two seconds flat.
  2. "But I never touch the stuff. Perhaps Boobs would like it? She must have worked up quite a thirst."
  3. "But should it be that greenish colour? I think it might be a bit off. You aren't trying to poison me, by any chance?"
