Fred was being examined by the nurse when a redshirt came in... "Congratulations, Ensign Fred. You are going to be assigned to the USS Enterprise, as of tomorrow!" Fred groaned. He knew the Enterprise was the ship of death for ensigns. He would be stuck making coffee and scrubbing decks until being asked to go along on an away mission. Then he would die. It was a true existential crisis.
