Suddenly the sand shifted and heaved and dropped!!! The two heros were
thrown into the air and below them they could see the gaping jaws of the
ugliest, the crudest, the most gruesome monster alive: the DemonWorm!!!
Fred fell to the left of the monster, but the woman fell right into its
mouth!!! The monster bit down, blood gushed all over, Fred wanted to
scream but did not. The monster sensed no more sound, no more movement -
Fred lay as still as a dead man. The monster left to its underground
home. Fred survived...but the woman was DEAD!!!!!
