Flora: Questions Three and Four

Fred grunted at the dragon's answer, and placed his left hand on his chin. Larger than myself, but not a tree... It could be a plant from a land of giants, somewhere. But somehow it seems unlikely. The dragon is trying to tease me, by selecting an object that I should know, but cannot quite express. Fred nodded, looking at the entranced Astra and a prone Velus.

"You still have eighteen questions, Fred," prompted the dragon.

Lord Fred nodded, and the proverb, "He cannot see the forest for the trees" flashed through his mind.

"Are you thinking of something that is a group of 'vegatables'?"

"Yes," replied the dragon, placidly.

"Are the any trees in it?" Fred blurted out, sure that he had found the key to the problem.

1. "Yes," said the dragon, apparently showing no signs of concern.
2. "No," replied the dragon, with a smug grin.
