Link and Zelda, dead

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 29839

Link and Zelda had apparently been crossing a thin, stone platform that crossed a seemingly bottomless chasm. Ten large holes on both sides randomly blew three foot wide brown spiked balls back and forth over the walkway.
Two holes, both on the left, were plugged up with one spiked ball apiece. Each ball had a corpse tangled up in it.
Fred doffed his hat in respect for Hyrule's two greatest heros.

  1. Attempt to cross the path himself.
  2. Go back.
  3. Try and destroy the spiked balls as they pass.
