The Never Ending Quest - Episode 29399

Velus awakens and appears to be a little better than before. He explains
to Lord Fred that he's allergic to gnomes, hence the sudden onset of his
illness in the dragon's cave. With a little more rest he will be fine.
Lord Fred decides to find some water for Velus to drink, to help restore
his strength. He looks about him. The tunnel they are in slopes down,
gently. The upward slope leads back to the dragon's lair. Halfway up the
wall of the tunnel is a hole, shaped somewhat like a balcony. Which way
will Lord Fred go?
