The half-Klingon engineer pried open the turbolift doors with sheer
strength. This deck was heavily damaged. Panels were torn off and thrown to the floor. Lights flickered and sparked. Part of the carpet had been burnt. Torres went ahead to Sickbay. The main entrance doors had been blown off their hinges and torn into scrap metal. Sharp, dangerous debris was embedded in the far wall. Torres pulled out a tricorder. This close to Sickbay she should be able to get accurate readings. Indeed, there was was one person inside. It wasn't the Doctor. Hopefully he was ok with his holoemitter somewhere else on the ship. But the person inside Sickbay was someone she would have never expected. Who was it?
