The Horseman of the East

"Good Sir could you direct me to castle of King Coyle? I bring an important message for him." spoke the horseman.

Lord Fred distractedly pointed out the direction of Castle Coyle and made to continue on his way but the horseman shouted after him. "Wait I think I recognise you..."

Lord Fred tensed his hand casually falling to his knife - he was a man who had made many foes in his day and it was entirely likely this unrecognised horseman was one of them. The horseman trotted over and looked at him curiously recognition dawning on his youthful face. "It is! I only saw you once, years ago at the court of Queen Ana but it must be you! Prince Eachan, my Queen's foster-brother." With that the man hastily dismounted and bowed before Lord Fred. Then he looked up again and stared at Fred curiously.

Your Highness, why are you dressed in such damaged rags and where is your escort? Have you been attacked?"

1. Fred decides to pretend to be Eachan - at least for a while...
2. Fred corrects the man on his true identity but doesn't mention why he is in his current state...
3. Fred attacks the horseman in case he discovers the truth...
4. Something else...
