Fred the mental patient finds love

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 26813

Fred, an inhabitant of a sprawling, out of the way mental asylum, has found love. Which is kind of spectacular, since Fred can't even find his pants in the morning.
Who, or what, has Fred fallen in love with?

  1. Head nurse Joy.
  2. Rookie nurse Ratchet.
  3. Fellow patient Astra.
  4. The pitted and scarred columns lining the entranceway of the ballroom.
  5. A potted plant he calls Chuckles.
  6. The skeleton thart roams the halls and helps with the heavy lifting.
