Burp!!

Both Fred and Astra, being well-bred, pretended that they hadn't noticed. But a little later both of them burped loudly too. It seemed that it wasn't caused by changing from dog to human after all, but perhaps was the dragon having a little fun at their expense.

1. All three of them carry on belching at frequent intervals.
2. Fortunately the effect soon wears off.
3. Fred, Astra and Velus all begin generating gas faster than they can get rid of it, and their bellies swell as a result.
