Stacy, tired and confused and distressed, could only stare blankly at the
small dog, a mutt with shaggy brown hair and excited blue eyes, until her
brain caught up with her. It's small body, about twenty pounds, vibrated as it barked and spun and yelped at her. She would just about be able to hold it one arm but it didn't want her to, dodging as she bent forward. "Aha!" said Stacy as everything fired back up to a hundred percent. "You want me to follow you! I've seen Lassie! Lead on, Lassie!" (Okay, maybe not a hundred percent). Stacy followed Lassie through the main part of the ferry shopping station, out a side entrance, up a small hill and back to the loading part for the subway station. The dog walked right under the turnstiles, heading into the most generic station Stacy had ever seen. Stacy stopped by habit. But no one was about...and Lassie really wanted her to follow. She enjoyed the naugty feeling as she vaulted the turnstile like an Olympic athelete. "I'm pretty good!" she said, still in the air. The she stubbed a toe as she landed.
