Howl of the Monkey

The four heroes gasped in surprise. "It can talk!" Fred said.

"Of course I can talk, you pusillanimous slack-jawed lackwit!" sneered the monkey, leaping to the ceiling. "I am the original bad guy, the One Evil - accept no imitations! T'was I who sent the people of this city to the Cornfield!"

"The Cornfield?" asked Velus. "What's that?"

"Villain!" Korval growled. "With my blade I shall dispatch thee like I did the Dragon!"

"But how do we know you're really Jeff?" Astra asked. "You look like an ordinary monkey to me - well, all except for the talking and wall hugging part."

"Oh, it's proof you cretins require?" the monkey grinned. "Then I shall prove my ultimate world-destroying badness with..."

1. "A bloody battle, after which your hollow, broken shells shall grovel and beg for mercy at my feet!"
2. "A game of wits, after which your puny mortal brains, overwhelmed by white-hot agony, will be laid open for me to snack on!"
3. "A duel, after which I will take all of your rare and valuable cards, and banish your souls to the Shadow Realm... forever!!"
