The Dark Castle was soon within sight, it's ominous, jagged spires clawing
viciously at a blood-red sky. "Remember." said Fred. "You have to keep
Draconia occupied just long enough for me to rescue all her captives." "No problem, guvnah!" said the Dragon. "Ah'll jus' lay some o' my patented sweet-talk on the lady fus' - tell 'er ma'am, yo' eyes done have the bloodiest red hue that ah ever did see! An' if that don' work, ah'll jus' burn 'er some - see if that don't melt 'er heart raht quick! As fo' them human girlies yo're gonna rescue - kin I eat the ugly ones?" "Well, you know I don't really approve of such behaviour." Fred said. "But we'll see." In fact Fred wasn't going to allow it. But he wasn't about to hurt his old drinking buddy's feelings with an outright refusal. The Dragon swooped down over the Dark Castle and looked around. "Ah say, ah don't see the lady anywhah! Maybe she's playin' hard tah get?" Suddenly there was a thunderous roar from behind them. The Dragon spun around to face a gigantic red Dragoness, who stared at the duo with a mixture of rage and curiousity. "Vaht are ja dumkopfs doing here?" Draconia demanded. "Why hello there, ma'am!" the Dragon began. "Ah say, yo' eyes done have the..." Before he could say another word, the Dragoness lunged at him, digging into him with tooth and claw. The Dragon roared in pain and fought back, the two struggling so violently Fred was knocked off and plummeted toward an almost inevitable death. He smashed through a stained-glass ceiling, hit the floor butt-first, and used the Power of the Gigolo to bounce safely to his feet. Above him, he could hear the Dragons engaging in their mating ritual or whatever. "Ma'am, ah say ma'am, yo' done bite like a girl!" he heard the Dragon roar. Fred shrugged. He was sure the Dragon could take care of himself. He looked around the room and realized it was alarmingly large. This castle had been built to accomodate a Dragon, and Fred felt very, very small - in fact he couldn't even see the corners of the room. It was definitely an impressive chamber. The floor tiles were constructed of gleaming black Obsidianite, and the walls were covered with detailed tapestries depicting Dragons engaged in all their favourite activities. As of yet, there was no sign of any of Draconia's prisoners.
