"But there is one here who is faithless," Qundarian said. "And to her I
give a new and stronger curse. She is doomed to endure the wrath of her
own crimes, she is. No deed shall go unrecognized for what it is." Astra
and Carola looked at each other in confusion, hearing this. Belinda
swallowed hard, looking toward the old man again, this time realizing that
it was not her imagination after all...the old man was looking straight AT
her. How did he know? "What riddle is this you speak, old man?" Astra
asked Qundarian. "Why have you taken it upon yourself to punish one of us,
and who would that be? Myself or one of my sisters?" Qundarian just
smiled, shaking his head, and turned to leave. Astra looked around at her
sisters once again. Carola appeared just as confused by Qundarian's words
as she. Belinda expression was blank, and her eyes were difficult to read.
Something was not right, but Astra couldn't place it.
