Fred is ready to leave the Ampitheater when a rectangular hollow in the
granite wall catches his attention. The hollow is at the level of his
chest, between two of the statues. It is the length of Fred's
forearm, about half as high, and roughly as deep as it is high. The shiny
objects that caught Fred's attention are three

little statues, much smaller than the others. There is a silver statue of a Knight carrying a broadsword, a bronze statue of a Glider reading a book, and a gold statue of a warrior princess. The last is encased in a translucent, smoky, yellow substance.

levers, composed of some light, bluish metal. Each lever is attached to a separate pivot fixed in the granite. The levers can be moved to point either toward or away from Fred. They are all pointing toward Fred now.
