And so the five sat around the table talking long into the night. After three straight months of research the group had found where the dragon lived and had infiltrated the ranks by taking jobs in the caves. They had bribed the former job holders to travel as far away as possible. Thanks to Lady Diana's fortune, they had more then enough for this.
After the attack (and rescue of Velus) through the sewage system was planned, Lord Fred took a drink and turned to Buffina. "If I might ask, why didn't you enter the tournament? You do have the strength." Stiles Fledermaus, the nobleman, rose. "Come. It's late. The dragon is asleep and the Tournament grounds are empty." Fred followed the group. Clark lifted up a trapdoor on the far side of the ring. Buffina jumped through, then Stiles and Diana. Clark followed.
