Fred searched the deceased Necromancer's chamber but found nothing - that
is, not counting the stuffed half of a little girl covered in bright
yellow post-its with odd sayings such as 'this is what little girls are
made of', the pickled head of an old man, or the silver shafted knife with
a pearl blade (just perfect for those high-end sacrifice's) - but nothing
to put a disembodied spirit into.
As to the library materials, although many tomes were interesting such as the Treatise on Landscaping with Magical Residues, the Dead-End Dictionary by Cthu Mas' Toth, Nail-Biting - a Nasty Undead Habit, there was nothing that Checkers found that would help her put the princess back together again. Their mission was a failure. "There's not much we can do," said Checkers. "Maybe its time we accept that she is a spirit, make her accept it too, and bid her follow the light that leads to the Other Side," sighed Fred. "Why, the Other Side is probably a lot better than this side!"
