Andrea almost screamed with frustration, only withholding herself because she knew that there might be things here that she wouldn't want to know about her. Why was she risking her life on a ridiculous quest like this one, anyway? she wondered. It wasn't like there was anything really at stake. She decided she wanted to go back and seek a more important quest. Nothing on her return path could possibly be worse than this.

  1. After considerable time and effort, Andrea was able to make it out of the caves.
  2. But she found that the way back was just as impassable.
