As the two reach the entrance to Belboz's chamber, they realised that he is chanting what sounds to them like gibberish. "He must be casting a spell," Fred says in what he intends to be a whisper. But Fred's idea of a whisper is still quite audible. Distracted, Belboz turns towards them.

  1. Luckily, no harm is done. They ask Belboz if he will heal their wounds.
  2. The interruption in Belboz's concentration causes his spell to go awry.
