The Never Ending Quest - Episode 186

"You stupid dog!" yelled Fred. "You said you knew where we were going!" Velus whimpered apologetically, his tail between his legs. Fred briefly considered kicking him, but decided that kicking small dogs was hardly heroic, knightly behavior. He settled for punching the stone wall instead, and got only a set of bruised knuckles for his trouble.

The maiden sighed and rolled her eyes. "Down this corridor, take the first left, then the third right. The dragon's chamber is at the end of that tunnel. But I really think you ought to go back and find the magician who can free me first. You guys look like you're going to need my help."

  1. "Thanks, but I think we've got it under control," said Fred, and set off down the corridor.
  2. Fred sheepishly admitted that she was right, and turned back to seek the magician.
