Josh figures that he must be delirious, or asleep by his monitor, or even
that Frank put
something in his soda, but he also figured it wouldn't hurt to play along
with the obvious
hallucination. He steps through the arches and finds himself in a
certified Star Trek

"Well?" said the Doctor annoyed. "What are you waiting for? To the sickbay at once!" The two walked in silence; Josh awed by the glittery lights, the almost inaudible hum, and the antiseptic smell; the Doctor out of sheer indifference. When they entered sickbay Josh past by a relfective surface and stopped short. He looked down at his clothes: they were Starfleet issue. He looked down at his hands: they were black. He felt for his ears: they were pointy. "I'm a FAIRY!!!" he yelled. "No you're not," said the Doctor. "You're a Vulcan." Josh couldn't believe this dream he was having. There were a few other patients in sickbay, one was in a stasis field. "That," said the Doctor. "Is Ensign Fred Allar. Now, as for you, go to bed five and lay down; I need to take your vitals."
