Fred kept quiet once he learned he was now in Hespan territory. Hespanites lived on a continent far across the Galactic Ocean, weeks of travel in good weather. Yet Hespan and the Great Kingdom snarled and fought and yapped at each other like starving dogs not willing to share a large meal. Fred found it sad, really, but now was definitely not the right time to argue politics.
He was faced with the daunting proposition of securing a place to live, a job and evantually, enough money to secure a ship to the enemy of this country! Then again, he was a knight. That came with skills, one a shipmaster would be proud to have. Then again, Fred had little expierience with ships. One couldn't weild a sword effectively if one was seasick.
