The Never Ending Quest - Episode 18306

Frederica drew herself up to her full height, attempting to act the part of the mighty magician, affronted at being expected to demonstrate her powers to order. She went on: "Surely that petrified man on the beach is evidence enough? And how else could I have arrived on this island if not by magic? You will have seen that there was no sign of a boat."

The man gave her another long look, and then said:

  1. "Hmm, perhaps. So are you willing to answer the questions I asked you?"
  2. "I think you came here by magic all right, but not your magic. I think you and your unfortunate friend were exiled here."
  3. "I've been toying with you, Princess Frederica. You see, it was I who tampered with Belboz's spell and brought the two of you here."
