Borgee

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 17720

"AHA!" thought the Par Wraith, as it receded further and further from Scott. The probability sink of Scott was actually moving away in a smaller, more refined version of the craft. It was called 'shuttle'. Further reference: Ontario.

As the Wraith got to what was refered to as Sickbay, the probability sink moved far enough away for the full powers to manifest.

Succes! Now to posses this humanoid that resembled The Sisko.

The Doctor stumbled backwards. His programming was going insane! "Naomi, run!" he tried to scream. It came out as a whisper.
"Doctor!" she said. "What's wrong? Can I help?"
The Doctor slammed into the wall. "Computer." he gasped. "Deactivate EMH." The Doctor faded away and the holographic emiteer thumped to the floor.

The Par Wraith knew this. This computer system it was in, it did things so fast that the time differential was negligble. This, this was good. This was familar. The Par Wraith instantly took control of the systems of Voyager. Much better then 'Borgee' (where had that thing come from?).

The Wraith decided to have fun. Anasthetic gas swept through the crew, making them slip into what was refered to as 'sleep'. Voyager's lights darkened and the ship rotated eighteen degrees. Then it shot off at warp eight point ten. It left in it's wake one shuttle craft named 'Ontario'.

In Engineering exactly twenty seven personel lay slumped at their posts. Three figures were up and awake and standing behind the warp c. They were Lt. Carey, Commander Tuvok and Scott. All human.

All wearing gas masks.
"Do not worry, Lt. Carey. Your quick thinking in replicating the gas masks and contacting us will be duly noted in the log."
Carey blanched. "That's not what I meant sir. I'm not in this for the glory. I did what's right."
"Understood, Lt. However, it is procedure to note valiant behavior such as yours. Now do you know what happened to the computer systems?"
"Yes. Captain Picard's Enterprise once had a brilliant scientist download his mind into the computer. This has the same signs, but it isn't a human mind. It's more of a child. An insane child."
"How do you know this?"

  1. "Conjecture, Commander. It's creating doubles of us in the holodeck and killing them. I don't think it realizes they are not real."
