You,the viewpoint character of Addventure Game 2,are pacing the floor,as you've done for years since the shutdown of the game left you nothing to do.The indecisive emptiness around you can be shaped by choice...but with all the women you've been and been with,all the treasures you've quested after and lost,what else is there to do without an author to put you through the plots?Even a Casino Bunny would be nice to see now.All you keep intent on is a solid floor. Suddenly into your consciousness comes the fact that something is happening beyond your intentions,and you quickly guide it into the undefined space in which you find yourself.A TARDIS materializes,and from it step Betty Ragan,and the most recent versions of the Doctor and Master."Ragan!",you say."What are you doing here?...aren't you supposed to be writing my adventures?" "Um...Scott sent us,actually",Betty says. "Scott??" Your eyes narrow in annoyance."That Johnny-come-lately whose game was never close to the size of mine until mine shut down?Who the hell does he think he is?" "Well,he thinks he's an Author now",Betty explains,still a little discombobulated by having found herself in the present tense while the Time Lords,more used to such things,take it in stride. "And he thinks he can change things in MY game?Not a chance!" You're angry now,and your hands clench reflexively into fists."This is my reality here,not his.If he thinks otherwise he's got something coming." "Believe me",Betty tells you,"I'm on your side..."
