"You have more power than you know in your new form... I can teach you how to use it," Qundarian told the ghostly Fred. "How can you do that?" asked Fred sceptically. "Are you an expert on ghosts?" "As it happens I am," Qundarian said.

Fred was tempted to scoff, but then he reflected that he had nothing to lose. At the moment he could certainly do nothing to stop Astra and her men. After all, he could not even manage to make them aware of his presence. "Start teaching, then," he said.

  1. "Very well," Qundarian replied. "Now the first thing that you must know is this..."
  2. "Soon," Qundarian replied. "But first we had better hurry after them. We are falling behind, and we don't want to lose their trail."
