They suddenly hear a creaking sound. The wall moves bace, then up. A
passage has been opened, and the hallway is much different. It is still
well-lit, but by strange, glowing hemispheres on the upper walls and on
the ceiling. Also, the walls are no longer iron plates bolted in place,
but rather they are slanted plates of a shiny, silvery, strong metal, that
slant outwards at a 135° angle from the floor and ceiling, meeting at a
90° angle. Also, there are no bolts. Fred and Belboz are having an
interesting conversation about what they think the dragon will be like,
when they start to hear a whirring sound. They soon come to a 4-way
fork. One has a steady, light-blue light emmanating from it, another has
a randomly-flickering orange light coming from it, another emits a green
light that steadily increases and decreases in brightness, and the last
one radiates a steadily-flashing red light. They must choose a passage.
