The Never Ending Quest - Episode 15790

Fred just stared at the old man, dumbfounded. The old man looked up from the fire, smiling. "So we meet again! Do sit down, friends, make yerself warm by the fire!" "What are you doing here?" Fred asked. "Warming myself by the fire," the old man answered simply, motioning for them to sit. "I thought you said you would lead us to the exit!" Belinda practically snapped at the old man. "You led us in circles!" The old man blinked as she said this. "What ever do you mean?" he asked. Fred, Astra, Belinda and Carola just looked at each other in confusion. Fred reached into his pocket, touching the charm that the old man had given him earlier, and remembering the old man's warning that his enemies were closer than he knew. What was going on? Was this just another of the Dragon's tricks?

  1. Fred draws his blade, demanding that the old man tell them who he REALLY is.
  2. The four sit at the fire with the old man, accepting his invitation.
  3. They decide that the old man must be senile and crazy, and resolve to find the way on their own.
