Astra stared in wonderment as the clock's hands turned not forward, but back. With each turn of those mystical hands, she felt filled with energy, with vigor. However, much to her dismay, she could see as her hands became soft and pink, that she was becoming much younger as well.

The form of the clock around her was fading, and it felt as if she was cast adrift.

Suddenly, it came to an abrupt stop, and she was cast to the ground.

However, it was not stone that greeted her beneath her, but earth...

  1. Astra finds herself sitting beneath a tree, a little girl. On the path near her she sees a man on horseback, bearing the D'Honaire standard. He looks like Frederigo, yet somehow he is different...
  2. Astra finds herself only a few years younger, in the court of Aqualaria. She is before her father, and he is charging her to defeat the dragon...
