Let's Go See Belboz

"Yes, Master," Astra replied. "His name is Belboz, and he is an Allarian necromancer of great power."

Fred considered asking her to simply wisk them to Belboz's abode, but decided to hold that wish in abeyence for now. "Can you lead us safely to him?" he asked.

"Yes, Master," she replied, bowing before him. "Please follow me."

"I shall, then," Fred replied. Astra set off away from the marketplace down a particular tunnel, so Fred,with Velus still hiding behind him, followed her down the path.

It took several hours to reach their goal, and there were several twists and turns along the way. Still, Astra assured him that this was the safest route possible. Upon reflection, Fred was glad he'd specified a safe route, since who knows what dangers lurked in these caves.

Finally, though, they spotted a light up ahead. "There, Master," Astra said, pointing, "Is the cavern where Belboz dwells." Fred followed her through the arched doorway to discover:

1. Belboz the Mage bent over a large bound book, reading and mumbling to himself.
2. Belboz the Mage coming forward to greet them. "You must be Sir Fred! Astra here told me all about you!"
3. That the cavern looked as though it had been recently ransacked and looted, and Belboz was missing.
4. No mage, but another djinn.
