Velus the Dogfish

Lord Fred was unfortunately trying to carry too many things at once, so it
was no surprise that Velus the dog-teen slipped from his arms into the
water, where he immediately changed into a dogfish. And no, I don't mean
half-dog half-fish. A proper dogfish that was a type of small shark. Fred
and Astra were startled by this, but both assumed it was because of his
small size. They were also partly surprised by the fact that Velus didn't swim away - instead he kept jumping out of the water and splashing the pair of them. He finally stopped when Fred gave him a glare, as his splashing was hindering Fred's attempts at relighting his torch. Eventually Fred is successful at relighting his torch, so he hands it to Astra while preparing to attack her shackles.
