Just then, the scenery seemed to waver a bit. A rumbling noise emanated from the stomachs of the werefolk.

Then....

With a resounding call of indigestion, the werecreatures started to reel.

And then, as suddenly as they appeared, the strange golem was gone. A hallucination, nothing more. The werecreatures knew they shouldn't have eaten those funny mushrooms.

  1. The werefolk then attacked the pirates directly
  2. The werefolk waited until nightfall, then used stealth to kill the pirates one by one.
  3. Wereseals pushed the ship away. The pirates were stranded.
  4. The sudden sickness of the wolves gives the pirates a reprieve...
