She left Fred where she was and got out into the daylight. Well, by pure
luck. The roaming Orcs missed smelling her by microns. She saw that she was wearing a bright yellow shirt, a brown belt and black pants with black steel-tipped boots. She tugged some hair around and saw in suprise that it was brown. For some reason she expected red. Ah well. The path she was on led down the mountain and into the woods. But ... if she went off path and crossed some farmland, she could hit the village way off into the distance. Who knows what was the best option?
