  2. Josh flies off to safety.
  3. As a gag, Josh throws Kenny and Joe from the helicopter.
  4. Josh questions Sara and Jasper for more details about their lives that he was never privy to.
  5. Scott's corpse passes through a silver door that had manifested itself underwater.
