The general was a harsh, stern woman who intimidated Hannah very much. Though she'd been somewhat excited to be able to leave the caves, she quickly decided she'd rather go back - be anyone but here, pinned under the bright glare of the sun and the frightening glare of this soldier. She could no longer remember a time when she'd been a thing to be feared, a big strong warrior. Now, she was a mincing slave.

Belboz began his demonstrations, and she tried to hold on through all the unpleasantness; after all, he'd promised that if all went well, he'd treat her to a nice supper tonight.

So... did all go well?

  1. In a moment of sudden and insane desperation, while in the form of a cyclops, Hannah fled her company.
  2. Hannah was transformed into a trebuchet when torrential rain suddenly began, forcing Belboz and the Aqualarians to flee, leaving her in her inert state.
  3. The general revealed herself to be a mage just as powerful as Belboz and tried to take his potions and notes - and slave - without paying.
  4. One of the potions meant to transform Hannah went terribly wrong.
  5. Yes, all went very well indeed. That night during supper, Hannah asked Belboz who Aqualaria was going to war with.
