Fred was more than alarmed at the implications of what he had said. "No, no please, Arahim... I'm not -!" But Arahim, knowing where this was going and not willing to sit through it again, waved his hand, and she fell asleep at once. When she woke up, she found herself in a room of stone, light streaming through the windows, looking out over a vast countryside lying at least five stories beneath her. It looked very nice indeed, but when she tried the door, she found it locked. As were the windows. And upon closer inspection, she began to notice little hints of something terribly wrong - safeguards. Things that weren't normally soft and pliable were. Faint hints of magic preventing her from touching certain things. She also noticed that she was wearing a very simple white dress. At length the door opened, and there stood a man who was obviously a wizard, wearing navy blue robes trimmed with silver and a conical hat. "You're awake," he said, smiling. "Hello, Cornelia. My name is Ganvartius. Welcome to the Tower of Healing." "Please," she begged. "Arahim wouldn't listen to me, but perhaps you will. I swear it's true, I'm not Cornelia, my name is Sir Frederigo D'Honaire. Ask me anything about him, and I'll know, because he's me! Belboz was more powerful than he ever let on to anyone, you must believe me!" Ganvartius waved his hand, and her mouth snapped shut, as she quite forgot what she'd been saying. "It's time to come meet everyone," he said, smiling. "Won't you come with me, Cornelia?" She was bewildered now, but she went. There were many other wizards about, but also many other patients, of an array of ages and backgrounds. Most of them seemed quite normal. Fred was becoming deeply apprehensive. Even if this was a place that normally helped people, she didn't belong here. But how could she possibly get anyone to listen to her??
