Borovius's eyes widened. "You mean--?" Again she nodded, offering a smile. "Oh, happy day!" he cried, swinging her around, which made her terribly dizzy. She clung to him, and he carried her back to camp, and shared the news with the rest of the party. They congratulated the two of them profusely, and Cinnamon felt so disconnected from it all. She wasn't sure she fully realized what she had agreed to, but, well... She wouldn't, not until she tried it. In the next town they reached, they began preparations for the ceremony. It would be a small thing, but the venue had to be booked a few days in advance. The party spent the entire time riling up the residents of the town, getting them excited to attend the wedding of two people they had only just met.
