Arahim was thrilled, and the arrangements were promptly made. Shortly thereafter, Hannah and Muriel were transported to the mage's quarters of the castle of Allaria to be trained to find a rare and special magical herb known as bell blossoms.

The poor creatures were very confused and distressed at the change, knowing only that their place was with Belboz. In that first week they gave Arahim quite a bit of trouble, not understanding what was being asked of them and wanting to go back to Belboz,

  1. but with time and patience, Arahim began to see results.
  2. and eventually, he used magic to change their behavior.
