Hannah is about 17, with shiny golden hair to her shoulders, pale skin, and a frilly pink dress.

Isabella is about 24. with hugely curly black hair to her waist, dark eyes, and a sensible but expensive brown tunic.

Marigold is about 36, with straight light blonde hair to her shoulder blades, a dark tan, and a shimmering blue gown.

Ermentrude is about 29, with dark brown hair to her knees, a short stature, and a rich green gown.

And Katrina is about 32, with plain brown hair cut very short, freckles, and a long silver dress.

They all share some facial features with Jane, who of course designed them to be her sisters, although they are also all far more beautiful than she. Jane, it may be noted, is a woman in her mid 20s with mousy brown hair.
