Stacy Feels Uncomfortable

Stacy flipped from channel to channel, trying to find something worth
watching.
She happened on a programme where a voice-over was saying: "'Lunatics'
were so-called because
their insanity was thought to be linked to the phases of the moon." The
accompanying
film showed a full moon rising. Stacy felt oddly uncomfortable when she
saw this. Her
heartbeat speeded up and her blood seemed to sing in her ears. She
hastily turned off the TV. She returned to normal almost instantly.
Nstalia was still not due back for another thirty minutes or so, so Stacy explored the apartment. One room, that she assumed must be Natalia's bedroom, was locked, but she had a free run of the rest of the place. She had hoped to find a bookcase, or failing that a CD collection, that might give her some clues to Natalia's character. Surprisingly, there was nothing like that. In fact the whole place seemed to be rather sparsely furnished, as though the woman perhaps had moved in only recently and still had the greater part of her belongings in storage somewhere. Stacy did notice one interesting item in the bathroom, though: the same brand of men's cologne that she had found in her own bathroom. [6240] Significant, or just a coincidence?
