The day continued on, with Frita meeting all of Arion's friends. He didn't seem to have any family, but friends he had aplenty. Her head was spinning by the end of the first hour and they'd barely made a dent in the list. She followed silently as Arion made plans with the musicians to play the song for their ceremonial dance. She even smiled as they described what the song would sound like. After that meeting, the two of them withdrew to practice privately. It seemed it was rather a short affair, but it would be followed by yet another party that would last till well past moonhigh. Why was she letting this happen? What... what had her human name been, again? "Arion," she said softly as they swayed back and forth together, "I can't quite recall where I was before I was in Blueleaf." He laughed lightly, dipping her low and quickly pulling her back up. "I haven't been able to recall for years. That's not so uncommon. It doesn't matter, anyway. You're here now, with me." She stared up into his eyes, and nestled in his chest. His wings curled forward, covering her up, and she'd never felt safer. The day flew by, and suddenly it was time for their dance. And at this point... Frita didn't hesitate. She'd already come this far. The dance lasted two minutes, and finally, at the climax of the song, they touched their wands together for the first time.
