She was still conscious, though very, very bleary, and he helped her into her new onesie, one of the few pieces of clothing he'd acquired so far. That done, he held her nose and gave her a sleeping potion that would ensure she didn't move from her bed until well after he'd gotten back home. The rest of the day passed by smoothly, and upon returning home it vaguely occurred to Aaron that Lizzie's boyfriend would probably be getting worried pretty soon, but Aaron wouldn't hear a thing about it until tomorrow. The teacher's office would be buzzing with rumors that Miss Avalaria had run off, and he'd have to act worried. He was ready. He went to Lizzie's room.
