Susie looks around for the women the voices belong to, but cannot find them. Normally, dryads do not reveal themselves to people, but they are partial towards children, especially girls, and most particularly girls who are alone in their woods. So one dryad, appearing as a tall woman with dark brown skin, bright green eyes, and flowery purple hair, appears from her tree and steps forth. Presently, many of her sisters begin to emerge as well. Susie watches in wonderment and delight as a host of beautiful ladies appears before her. The first one draws near, kneeling down in front of her. "Hello," she says, voice musical. "I am Aerwyna. What brings you to our forest, child?" "I'm looking for my daddy," she responds candidly. Aerwyna glances to her sisters, and back to the girl. "You lost your daddy?" "I think he lost me." Susie wipes her eye. "He left me because he said he couldn't take care of me. But he could, he was great at it. So I'm trying to find him and ask why." Aerwyna nods. "I see." She doesn't. Humans are so odd. "Won't you come with me, child. We can help you find your daddy." Susie's eyes light up, and she eagerly takes Aerwyna's offered hand.
