The Never Ending Quest - Episode 11431

"Ah!" screamed one of the smugglers, as the toxic gas touched his lungs. He exploded almost instantly, having only enough time to thrash in horrible agony for a bit.

"We've got to get out of here!" yelled one of the smugglers, grabbing Fred's arm. "Right!" Fred nodded and hurried after the smugglers into a cave passageway leading up and northeast (Fred has a compass) when suddenly the smuggler running behind Fred trips over a rock. The toxic gas was seeping up behind him - Fred estimated he had less than twelve seconds. The smuggler, a bit overweight and tired, gasped "Leave me! Run..."

  1. Fred runs back to help the fallen smuggler.
  2. Fred turns and keeps running after the others.
