Something about the Sound of Running Water

"That's... okay" stammered Fred.

"I did try to avoid doing it in front of you. But I've no longer any reason to send you away," Melissa said. "So if you'd like to hang around for a while, I'd be glad of the company."

"Well," said Fred, laughing nervously, "the funny thing is that I feel the need to pee. There's something about the sound of running water, do you know what I mean."

Melissa laughed. "Yes I know what you mean. Why is that?"

"So I'm actually going to have to leave you so that I can take care of business."

"Hey, hang on mister," said Melissa with a smile but in a stern voice. "You just stood there watching me while pissed a river. Yes, I saw you. You were looking right between my legs the entire time. You didn't blink. So don't get coy now. If you need to take a piss then you do it right here, right now."

She had caught him out, thought Fred, but that didn't change the fact that she was a crazy woman. And he didn't have time for craziness. On the other hand doing it right here would save him the time of looking for a same place to do it. And the cave floor here was already awash with urine.
