The last thing Stacy remembers is simply walking towards the nearest exit up to the city streets. She could vaguely recall an idea of going for help for her dead mother, but everything and everyone seemed to vanish once she set foot on the sidewalk. Stacy is suddenly aware of her surroundings again. How long was she gone for? Where is she, she wonders. And why am I here? And then, her attention is drawn to the man in a black T-shirt and dark blue pants walking towards her. Whoever he is, he has a strange charisma that Stacy does not fail to notice. He just seems to convey a feeling of security, almost like he knows what exactly is going on in New York City tonight, and he could definitely help protect Stacy from it.
"Umm, excuse me? I'm so sorry to bother you," Stacy says once she steps in the man's path. Edgar is speechless. And he looks kind of perturbed, to tell the truth. "Miss, I'm so sorry. But don't you think..." As Stacy begins to break down in tears, Edgar notices that a crowd of people have stopped, or at the very least, slowed down walking past them to get a better look at what's going on. This wasn't good, considering his own plight which began in episode 12653. Edgar quickly decides that he needs to get out of sight. But what to do about Stacy? "Stacy, you better come with me. I feel kind of vulnerable out here right now."
