Finally Married

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 112449

Henry was ecstatic. He was going to have a beautiful wife who loved him above all else and she was obviously quickly finding very real happiness in her life with him. She would be a great mother as well, he was sure.

Finally the day of their wedding came. By this point the former mermaid seemed to have forgotten she had ever been a mermaid at all. It had been almost three months, but she had settled seamlessly into human life and had not even spoken of her life in the sea since the first week or so. She even asked him if he could give her a human name, and he leaped at the chance to replace "Waverly" with one of his favorite female names: Beatrix.

Finally, they were wed. It was a grand affair, at least as grand as Henry could afford, and his darling Bea seemed about to burst with happiness. The following day,

  1. they began their married life together, Bea cooking and cleaning and Henry going out every day to fish.
  2. they moved to another village on the other side of the peninsula. Henry feared that if they stayed, and he kept fishing there, they would run into trouble with those merfolk.
