Caravan to the Wasteland

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 110869

Josh hires on with a ten person caravan. He had proven to have perfect eyesight so his job was to feed and wash the animals and ride in the back of the wagon, watching the rear.
It was a filthy, stinking job, taking care of the pack animals, but it beat walking. And Josh's eyesight saved the day from three Raider attacks and he also spotted a half-collapsed McDonalds. The Caravan leader was happy as hell after that, because the scrap they pulled from the kitchen will pay for the trip five times over.
Now Josh even had some help with the animals at night.
Anyway, what was the ultimate goal of the caravan?

  1. Trade with an isolated Brotherhood of Steel farm up in the mountains.
  2. Open up friendly relations with a ten mile square Vault near the shore.
  3. Convey a passenger (not Josh) to Fort Meade, Maryland.
  4. Transfer vital medicine to another Caravan three days away.
  5. Meet up with Economy City, which controls caravan lines from Atlanta, Georgia to Far Harbor, Maine.
  6. Scavenging trip based on very reliable rumors.
