The Never Ending Quest - Episode 110435

The ship had taken pity on him and tossed him a cop of the "Wasteland Survival Guide" to pass away the time in the brig. After seeing that the authors were 'Moira Brown' and 'Fartbutt' Josh realized he was inside the video game 'Fallout 3'. Josh had played halfway through, up to 'The Republic of Dave' and thus knew the Guide inside and out. Whoever Fartbutt had been had listened to Brown and thus the Guide was extensive and well regarded by the various caravans and traders.
Josh is later cornered by one of the wider toughs on the ship. A black named Jewels, though he had trouble fitting through the door it was not fat, all muscle. Jewels explained that he didn't care about Josh's delusions about video games, he was going to have to make a decision because the ship could not afford stowaways.

  1. Work as a janitor.
  2. Work as fisherman (the ship had some radscrubbers pulled from a CIA building).
  3. Hire on with some of the caravans on board.
  4. Hire on with an on-ship scav team.
  5. Trade his valuable shoes for some cheap leather wraps and get kicked to shore to fend for himself.
  6. Before Josh could decide a Raider team disables the ship with a well placed sniper shot from a cliffside.
