The Never Ending Quest - Episode 109676

It had been nearly two years since Fred had been himself. He'd been transformed into a rather dimwitted fifteen-year-old girl named Hannah and married by the selfsame magic user who did the deed. Soon afterwards he, now she, was infected with a magical illness that gave her massive green bumps all over her body. Motivated solely by devotion to Belboz, she had sought the help of Mariela, but instead been given the tongue, throat, appetite, and mind of a toad. She still vaguely recalled her short time with Belboz, and the manufactured memories he had given her, but none of it made any sense to her anymore.

Now, she was wandering alone in some forest, finally free but too dumb to appreciate or even comprehend it. After a few days...

  1. she happened across a pool of water that, unknown to her, had cleansing properties on a magical level.
  2. she came upon a tall tower. She would have just gone right past it, but after passing just a little too close to it, she suddenly lost consciousness.
  3. she happened across a castle--little did she know, this was the home of the royal family of Allaria.

  5. she found a marshish area where she might be content to live her toady life.
